Scope: Entails sourcing precise contacts, deep profile analysis, honing targeting strategies for key demographics, crafting tailored content, LinkedIn presence enhancement, and initiating strategic prospect interactions.

Campaign Strategy

Target Audience: Consultants in Biotech and Biopharma across the USA, Canada, and the EU, especially those showing affinity towards Cell & Gene Therapy solutions in line with their competencies and professional foci.


Key Messages: Customised to underscore the distinct advantages of targeted Cell & Gene Therapy solutions, meeting the nuanced demands and challenges faced by this specialist consultant demographic.


Content Strategy: Forge and execute a content plan integrating bespoke connection requests, InMails, emails, event-related content, and phone scripts, all constructed to engage effectively with the defined ICP.

Roles & Responsibilities

ManyMangoes team will be responsible for strategy development, content creation, and day-to-day execution of the campaign.


PharmaD-mand team will provide product expertise, approve content, BDC calling support, and assist in defining the ICP.


Performance Metrics

KPIs: Engagement rate, response rate, lead generation rate, and conversion rate.


Monitoring and Reporting: Weekly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
